There the wicked cease from troubling; There the weary are at rest.

Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life, And I shall dwell in Yahweh's house forever.
Yahweh, remember your tender mercies and your loving kindness, For they are from old times.
But you, Yahweh, are on high forevermore.
Your throne is established from long ago. You are from everlasting.
Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, For his loving kindness endures forever.
The righteous perishes, and no man lays it to heart; and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil [to come].
He enters into peace; they rest in their beds, each one who walks in his uprightness.
For the violence done to your brother Jacob, shame will cover you, and you will be cut off forever.
For what will it profit a man, if he gains the whole world, and forfeits his life? Or what will a man give in exchange for his life?
For what does it profit a man, to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life?
but he will receive one hundred times more now in this time, houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and land, with persecutions; and in the age to come eternal life.
Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"
For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory;
Being therefore always of good courage, and knowing that, while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord;
if by any means I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.
who will change the body of our humiliation to be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working by which he is able even to subject all things to himself.
then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.
Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's chosen ones, and the knowledge of the truth which is according to godliness,
that, being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
but of the Son he says, "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; The scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your Kingdom.
As a mantle you will roll them up, And they will be changed; But you are the same. Your years will not fail."
But he, because he lives forever, has his priesthood unchangeable.
nor yet through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, entered in once for all into the Holy Place, having obtained eternal redemption.
For this reason he is the mediator of a new covenant, since a death has occurred for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, that those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
to an incorruptible and undefiled inheritance that doesn't fade away, reserved in heaven for you,
to God our Savior, who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.
He will wipe away from them every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more. The first things have passed away."
